What ClearStudio Is

ClearStudio is an AI-powered social media content studio that helps brands create, design, schedule, and publish social media content using artificial intelligence.

ClearStudio is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. You access it through your web browser at clearstudio.io. No software installation is required.

Eligibility

To use ClearStudio you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation
  • Not be prohibited from using our service under applicable law
  • Have a valid email address

Your Account

You sign in to ClearStudio using a magic link sent to your email address. There is no password. Keep access to your email account secure

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at .

You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts for the same person.

Subscriptions and Billing

ClearStudio offers the following plans:

$19/month

Unlimited posts, AI generation, scheduling, advanced templates, insights

Agency
$49/month

Multiple brands, team members, approvals, analytics reports, white-label exports

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, in advance, and renew automatically unless cancelled. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

We may change our prices with at least 30 days notice by email before any increase takes effect.

Refunds and Cancellations

In summary: monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if fewer than 10 posts have been generated. You may cancel at any time
access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable Use

You must not use ClearStudio to:

  • Create or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or discriminatory
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
  • Impersonate any person or brand you do not represent
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access ClearStudio
  • Resell or sublicense access to ClearStudio without written permission
  • Generate spam, misleading content, or coordinated inauthentic behaviour

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

AI-Generated Content

ClearStudio uses Anthropic's Claude API to generate text content including captions, headlines, hashtags, and post copy.

You understand and agree that:

  • AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing
  • ClearStudio does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of any AI-generated content
  • AI-generated content is not a substitute for professional advice
  • You are responsible for ensuring your published content complies with platform rules and applicable laws

The content you create using ClearStudio belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Social Media Publishing

You are responsible for ensuring ClearStudio is connected to social accounts you own or have authorisation to post on.

ClearStudio is not responsible for the failure of any social platform's API. Scheduled posts may be delayed or fail due to platform issues outside our control. ClearStudio is not affiliated with Instagram, LinkedIn, X, or any other social platform.

Intellectual Property

The ClearStudio platform
including its design, code, templates, and AI prompts — is owned by CLEARREPORT HEALTH (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of ClearStudio without our written permission.

Your brand assets and the content you create remain yours. By uploading content to ClearStudio, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • ClearStudio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim
  • We are not liable for any loss of business, revenue, or data arising from your use of ClearStudio

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.

We encourage you to contact us at before initiating any formal dispute.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
