Refund Policy

Our Approach
We want you to be happy with ClearStudio. If something is not working or the product is not right for you, we would rather hear about it and try to fix it than lose you as a customer.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.
When you subscribe monthly, you pay for a full month of access in advance. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of that billing month. We do not issue refunds for unused days in a monthly billing period.
Annual Subscriptions
Full refund within 7 days: If you purchase an annual plan and request a refund within 7 days of purchase, and you have generated fewer than 10 posts, we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.
No refund after 7 days: After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. Your access continues until the end of the annual billing period.
Exceptions
We may issue refunds outside this policy in the following circumstances:
- Technical failure — ClearStudio was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to issues on our end
- Billing error — you were charged incorrectly or charged twice
- Unauthorised charge — your account was accessed and charged without your authorisation

How to Request a Refund
Email hello@clearstudio.io with:
- The email address on your ClearStudio account
- The date of your subscription purchase
- The reason for your refund request
We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
How to cancel: Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription, or email hello@clearstudio.io.
What happens when you cancel:
- Your subscription will not renew at the next billing date
- You retain full access until the end of your current billing period
- Your data remains accessible for 30 days after access ends
- After 30 days, your account and data is permanently deleted
