Who We Are
ClearStudio is built by CLEARREPORT HEALTH (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Pune, Maharashtra, India (CIN: U62011PN2026OPC255678). We operate ClearStudio at clearstudio.io.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over your data.
By using ClearStudio, you agree to this policy.
What Information We Collect
Information you give us directly:
- Your email address (when you request access or sign in)
- Your brand profile (project name, industry, colours, logo, voice settings)
- Content you create (post text, headlines, captions, hashtags, uploaded images)
- Billing information (processed by Stripe — we never see your card number)
Information we collect automatically:
- Usage data (pages visited, features used, actions taken)
- Device and browser information (browser type, operating system, screen size)
- IP address and approximate location (country/city level)
- Error logs (when something breaks, we log what happened)
Information from third parties:
- Authentication data from Supabase (session tokens, sign-in timestamps)
- Payment status from Stripe (subscription active/cancelled — not card details)
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and operate the ClearStudio service
- Send you magic link sign-in emails via Resend
- Generate social media content using the Anthropic Claude API on your behalf
- Store and display your posts, templates, and brand settings
- Process your subscription payments via Stripe
- Send you product updates and important service notices
- Diagnose bugs and improve the product
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not:
- Sell your data to anyone
- Use your brand content to train AI models
- Send you marketing emails without your consent
- Share your data with advertisers
Third Parties We Work With
Running ClearStudio requires us to share certain data with trusted service providers:
Receives: Email, brand profile, posts, images Location: USA (AWS us-east-1)

Receives: Post topic, brand voice settings, content you ask Claude to generate Location: USA Note: Anthropic does not use API inputs to train their models.

Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on Supabase's infrastructure, hosted on AWS in the United States.
We protect your data through:
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) on all data in transit
- Row Level Security on our database — you can only access your own data
- Encrypted storage for sensitive credentials
- Access controls — only authorised team members can access production systems
- Security headers on all pages (HSTS, CSP, X-Frame-Options)
If we ever experience a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware of it.
How Long We Keep Your Data
Posts and content — until you delete them or your account Exported images — 90 days after export, then deleted Billing records — 7 years (required by Indian tax law) Server logs — 30 days Magic link tokens — 24 hours (expire automatically)
When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law.
Your Rights
You have the following rights over your personal data:
- Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you
- Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Deletion — ask us to delete your account and all associated data
- Export — request your data in a portable format
- Objection — object to how we process your data in certain circumstances

ClearStudio uses the following cookies:
Preference cookies — remembers your UI settings (30 days)
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
Children's Privacy
ClearStudio is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us at hello@clearstudio.io and we will delete it immediately.
Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 of India.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify you by email if the changes are significant.
